Why is it gentler than conventional cleaners?
Many cleansing products use inexpensive surfactants like Sodium Laureth Sulfate – they foam a lot, but can be harsh on the skin barrier. The RE SKIN Aloe Cleanser, however, uses Coco-Glucoside, a particularly mild and high-quality, plant-based sugar surfactant. It cleanses thoroughly without drying out the skin – and helps the skin stay healthy and resilient.

Is the cleanser also suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes - the Aloe Cleanser was specifically formulated to be barrier-friendly. It contains gentle surfactants and skin-identical moisturizers that avoid irritation.
Does the cleanser also remove make-up?
Yes – it reliably removes make-up, sun cream, dirt, and excess oil without drying out the skin. For heavily waterproof make-up, we recommend a second product for pre-cleansing.
Does the cleanser dry out the skin?
No - aloe vera, sea water, and glycerine simultaneously moisturize the skin during cleansing.
What distinguishes Aloe Cleanser from conventional cleansers?
It is biomimetic & barrier-friendly – developed without aggressive preservatives, silicones, or mineral oils. This allows the skin to be cleansed respectfully while strengthening its protective function.

Conventional cleansers often use harsh sulfates like Sodium Laureth Sulfate because they lather well and are very inexpensive.
Disadvantage: They can weaken the skin barrier, dry out the skin, and promote irritation.
We consciously choose coco-glucosides – a mild, plant-based sugar surfactant that gently cleanses and maintains the skin's balance.
