Hyaluronic Acid Education

The polysaccharide hyaluronic acid is found in many places in the human body: in the connective tissue, in the extracellular matrix, in the synovial fluid, in the vitreous body of the eye - and also in the skin, where it has a cushioning effect, serves as a water reservoir and can even scavenge free radicals. Since hyaluronic acid is an endogenous substance, its cosmetic use does not cause any allergies or other reactive side effects. And: It is even said to be conducive to wound healing.

The high-molecular form of hyaluronic acid has been known for a long time and also has excellent care properties. However, due to its size, it is not easily absorbed by the skin. So RE SKIN contains smaller molecules of hyaluronic acid.

Hyaluronic acid is therefore available in different molecular structures, each of which fulfills a different task. We have now been able to use this scientific knowledge to develop a unique, specific hyaluronic acid complex for RE SKIN in our own laboratory: HYCID5.
