If you choose prepayment, please transfer the total amount to our account first. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment. In our confirmation email you will find all the necessary information for your transfer. We ask for your understanding that we can only hold back the goods for 7 working days and that your payment must have reached our account within this period. After this period, we unfortunately have to cancel your order.


If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal details and your credit card details in a form. These are then sent to the payment provider via a secure connection. The bank checks the transaction data and your credit line in a few seconds and transmits the result of the check to the seller. If the feedback is positive, your credit card will be charged with the agreed amount.


With PayPal you can pay for your purchases securely and easily - without typing in your bank details or credit card number, because your data is stored in your PayPal account. The only requirement is a PayPal account, which you can set up at


As soon as we receive a return from you, we will credit you with the return amount as soon as possible.


You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with the following guidelines; any returned items will be sent back to the customer. These include items:

- whose seal has been broken/opened

- that have been used

- which have been filled

- which have holes

- which are not returned in full (e.g. components of a set)

- which are part of a promotion for which a certain purchase value had to be reached

Card payments can take up to 10 business days to be refunded, depending on the bank's processing time. This period may vary depending on the bank or card issuer; Unfortunately, we cannot influence this process. PayPal payment refunds are available immediately.


  1. a) Did you receive a damaged item?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item at Once we receive proof, we will process your request as soon as possible so that we can either refund you or send you a new, undamaged item.

  1. b) Did you receive a defective item?

We classify goods as defective if they are received by the customer damaged or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition has been caused by expected wear and tear. In this case we cannot accept any responsibility.
