The eye area

The eye area lacks the supporting connective tissue: it is particularly thin, sensitive and stressed. The supply of blood vessels is reduced. The area around the eyes is heavily stressed millions of times a day by facial expressions and other movements. The consequences are wrinkles, expression lines, bags under the eyes and crow's feet.

Features:

-No sebaceous glands

- Brittle, inelastic skin

The area around the eyes is particularly sensitive and extremely thin, the ability to absorb certain fats is very limited. Collagen and elastin fibers are less well interlocked, which is why the skin's overall firmness is weaker and every wrinkle can become more pronounced.
